Hauz Khas or the Royal Water Tank
The structures here belong to the Sultanate period of Ala-ud-din Khilji period who reigned in the 13th century AD.
Close to Aurobindo Place, this veritable oasis of peace and calm comes as a pleasant surprise.
The urbanised village complex, adjoining it, is a treasure hove of a cluster of shops selling eclectic items- from antique to out-moded electric/electronic items of the last century.
