2.The undiscovered waterfall
We have sent men to the moon. We have sent space ships deep into outer space. But there are still places here on earth that remain hidden. A huge waterfall 4000 ft in height was discovered in 1998 by a team from National Geographic, on the river Brahmaputra, in the remote and inaccessible part of southern Tibet.

"It's just a great wonder," said Ken Storm,one of the members of the team . "The fact that we're here, in the late 20 th century, and a large waterfall on a major river of the world has yet to be recorded is a wonder in itself."
The last effort to discover this waterfall, which was talked about by Tibetan hunters and Buddhist monks, was made in 1924.The expedition was called off a quarter of a mile before the fall when the team members declared that no such water fall existed! For further details log on to;
